Project execution process:
1. Project definition-define customer needs, product needs, and service needs.
2. Project development-product plan → investment plan → determination of cooperation intention → specific business development (including proofing and adjustment, packaging materials, selection, packaging design, production and printing, etc.).
3. Project testing-product sample quality, use effect, color, fragrance test;
4. Packaging quality, capacity testing, and packaging label specification testing.

We have 10 production lines, including assembly lines, semi-finished and finished products testing, packaging, soldering line, and maintenance line. The total number of people is 200, and QC accounts for 40%.
The production process is as follows(Bluetooth earphone):
